Splendid stone farmhouse surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. The Villa has a large arcade and fully furnished porch with wrought iron table and chairs, barbecue area, sun bathing area and a fantastic swimming pool with vanishing edges, framed with a breath taking view! Villa del Gobbo is one of the most recent of our villas. It offers 12 beds and two spacious sitting rooms complete with sofas and coffee tables, a magnificent stone fireplace, and TV lounge complete with flat screen TV , DVD player, stereo, and Wi-fi connection. The kitchen is fully furnished and contains all kitchen accessories and appliances, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, food processor, electric kettle, mixer and coffee peculator. The six bedrooms, two on the ground floor, and the other four on the first floor, are all elegantly furnished. Some have wrought iron four poster beds and stone wash basins. The Villa also has a laundry room with dryer and washing machine.

WI-FI connection available at the Villa. Free for Villas clients. Limited connections available. SWIMMING POOLS: We guarantee that swimming pools are open in Mid and High season. In low season it depends of weather conditions. The heating is approximately possible from the end of March to the end of April and from the end of September to the end of October . Mentioned dates could change depending on weather conditions and outside temperature. WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price 5,00 euro/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage. ACCOMMODATION PRICES: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE PRICES ARE VAT INCLUDED AND ARE FOR THE USE OF THE VILLAS AS HOLIDAY HOUSES. IN CASE OF EVENTS THESE PRICES ARE NOT VALID AND AN EXTRA OR A PERSONALIZED QUOTATION WILL BE APPLIED.
