A beautiful, independent, stone country Villa with private parking, garden, barbecue and panoramic swimming pool. It is situated in the Casale Marittimo area on a hill position with wonderful panoramic views. Just 10 Km from the beaches and sleeps a total of 8. There are two lounge rooms furnished in typical Tuscan style, including fireplace, LCD television, DVD and HI FI stereo. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and as it opens out on to the large porch, many romantic nights can be had in the moonlight or enjoying barbecues with friends. Villa Camperi di Capoccione has 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Sleeps a total of 8 people. Last but not least, the wonderful swimming pool with extensive panoramic views with solarium and gazebo makes the Villa an ideal place where you can spend your holiday relaxing surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Tuscan hills.

SWIMMING POOLS: We guarantee that swimming pools are open in Mid and High season. In low season it depends of weather conditions. The heating is approximately possible from the end of March to the end of April and from the end of September to the end of October . Mentioned dates could change depending on weather conditions and outside temperature.
WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
