On the ground floor you will find a beautiful completely furnished and modern kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster), a lounge room complete with LCD television, DVD, stereo and a double bedroom with bathroom (shower).The house is on two floors and sleeps a total of 8.Wonderful villa with panoramic view, private garden, barbecue area and swimming pool. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with bathroom. There are insect screens on all windows. Rustic country furniture and finishing quality touches lend a special, elegant, country effect to life on a farm without giving up daily comfort. The cool, shady patio with its comfortable outdoor table for 10, barbecue area and swimming pool is certainly the meeting place for summers with friends, wonderful Tuscan cuisine and famous wines of the nearby Bolgheri area. Immersed in the secluded tranquility of the Tuscan hills, just 10 Km from the Mediterranean sea. Nearest towns are the medieval Casale Marittimo and Guardistallo, both in the province of Pisa.

In low season it depends of weather conditions. The heating is approximately possible from the end of March to the end of April and from the end of September to the end of October . Mentioned dates could change depending on weather conditions and outside temperature. We need at least 2 weeks notice in order to heat pools prior to arrival. Service not available for last minute bookings.
