I have booked multiple trips with Great Tours of Italy and I have had to change dates multiple times because life happens. Francesco has always been so nice, understanding and always happy to help. They treat you like you are the only person they need to help. They don't hurry or rush you and they don't tack on extra fees for every little change you make. This really is the reason I keep coming back to them. You also can't beat the price for the value. I've priced all inclusive with them to be literally half the price what their competitors offer!

Such a fun day with Great Tours of Italy! The e-bikes were super comfortable and the ride around the lakes was beautiful. We stopped for a great wine tasting too! Loved every minute!

I was a little skeptical when I agreed with my niece to go on this Sicily and Apulia tour. As it turns out it was more than I ever could imagine. Simone is a proud Italian man who envelopes his knowledge, culture, family and friends in his tour. The combination of notable sites and off the beaten path experiences was extraordinary not to mention the unlimited culinary treats and wine were a great combination. I did not take a Great Tours of Italy tour, but my parents did, and they had a fantastic time. I am writing this review since I myself received excellent customer service from the Great Tours of Italy team while my parents were on tour. My parents were on a trip for their wedding anniversary, and I contacted Great Tours of Italy to help me arrange something special for them. The whole experience was utterly impressive. Francesco and his colleagues gave truly professional, dedicated, and personal service that you rarely see in companies anymore. I am confident that their dedication to excellence must also be reflected in their tours, so I'll keep them high on my list for any future tours for myself!

We really enjoyed the Tuscany tour. Our guide, Ilaria, and driver, Simone, looked after us all brilliantly. Accommodations were fabulous, the bus was very comfortable and we had many wonderful meals included. I would highly recommend this tour.
