Here, you have free time to stroll through the charming old stone streets and medieval churches of the Cathedral of Erice, built in the 14th century in Gothic Catalan style, complete with solid marble ornate carvings, where you can see the picture of the famous Black Virgin venerated. Your journey will then progress to Agrigento where our Local Guide will take you on a tour of the Valley of the Temples.  This UNESCO World Heritage site is home to five ancient Greek temples dating back to the 6th century, BC.  It is here that you will find some of the world’s most striking and well-preserved Grecian ruins outside of Athens. We conclude this day with a magnificent dinner.
